A collection of artists from around the globe paying homage to one of the greatest "ART" things in history: The Residents. Bands with budgets and bands with pocket recorders... its all here.

Initially started by The Unofficial Residents fan club "Smelly Tongues" and compiled by Bret Hart at Hipworks Artsite the project ended up in the hands of Chvad SB at Facility Records where even more tracks were collected, visual art work created, permissions acquired and the final mastering and distribution of F.E.S.T.E.R. was completed.

Originally released on the long gone MP3.com as two CD's, this compilation is finally available once again!
